Service Team Expansion:
GENERAL INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD., headquartered in Singapore, has established office locations in Hong Kong (primarily for market expansion) and Shanghai (focused on technical research and development). In the new year of 2023, we inaugurated an office in India responsible for global service support and market expansion. This strategic expansion solidifies our global business footprint, laying a strong foundation for future growth and collaborations. In 2024, GI is set to further expand and establish a physical presence in North America.
Global Customer Expansion:
We successfully onboarded 252 suppliers covering 26 countries, with a total of 1174 factories. Hosting 48 online training sessions, we completed traceability of 53.76 million tons of raw materials throughout the year, submitted 186,105 declaration attachments, and processed a total of 71,837 orders. GI witnessed a substantial increase in global order quantities, reflecting the growing demand for GI solutions.
Continued Focus on Sustainable Development in the Global Fashion Industry:
Transitioning from a technology-centric company focused on IT and AI, we strategically evolved into a comprehensive ESG service provider. Our services encompass traceability, sustainability, and carbon neutrality, aligning with industry needs and global standards.
Our platform achieves finely detailed raw material traceability while providing sustainable certifications and carbon calculations. This not only saves time, effort, and money for clients but also enhances automation and simplifies processes for certification organizations through system integration.
We offer comprehensive support for various sustainability certifications, making it easier for businesses to showcase their commitment to environmental and social responsibility. Our products not only benefit enterprises but also significantly enhance the efficiency of certification organizations through system integration, automating processes.
Our products provide advanced carbon calculation capabilities, allowing companies to minimize carbon tax expenses, better understand and manage carbon emissions, thereby promoting environmental responsibility and substantial cost savings.
2. Product Innovation and Expansion
Accelerating Technological Innovation with AI:
Introducing 12 versions and 228 new features, including 6 innovative AI tools, we made significant strides in the technological domain. Seamless data integration with various partners and clients facilitated the automatic transmission of 110,233 declaration documents, providing users with a smoother experience.
Platform Supporting Rapid Expansion of Business Scope:
In 2023, we supported traceability and audit report generation for all common fibers, including synthetic fibers (MMC), etc. We will continue expanding B2B order collaboration in the supply chain and supply chain finance, integrating with internal enterprise systems such as ERP/MES/CRM. Additionally, exploration of similar business in areas like lithium batteries and photovoltaics is underway.
Industry Insights Based on Data:
We created a comprehensive knowledge base, introducing data dashboards, industry trend analysis tools, whitepapers, and online traceability self-assessment tools to provide deeper data analysis and industry consulting services.
3. Business Expansion
Initiating Sustainable Pilot Programs:
Collaborating with brands, certification organizations (CU/TUV), and suppliers (UPW/Smart Shirts), we drove sustainable pilot programs. This initiative aims to create a new workflow with a focus on the sustainability impact.
Meeting Compliance Requirements for Multiple Brands:
We launched online tools that enable multiple brands collaborating with suppliers to easily generate COC trial reports, better meeting compliance requirements.
More Compliance and Certification:
Collaborating with numerous third-party certification bodies, including but not limited to SGS, CU, TUV, we integrated various sustainable certification standards. The platform also possesses advanced carbon footprint calculation capabilities, offering integrated comprehensive services for enterprises.
