- Job Description:
- Responsible for market and industry analysis; analyze and track trends in information technology and market opportunities in the industry; organize business and product analysis of competitors, analyze market and product differences; provide market analysis reports from user, business, and technical perspectives.
- Develop mid-to-long-term product plans based on company development strategy, industry application trends, and market trends.
- Actively communicate with internal and external customers, collect, analyze, and uncover customer product requirements; formulate and write product requirement documents and coordinate and organize product model development.
- Communicate with development teams, analyze the feasibility and rationality of requirements, define products based on product planning, external and internal requirements, and product features, performance, and security characteristics; write software product requirement specifications.
- Responsible for documentation of new product features, working closely with development teams to complete system design.
- Communicate with testing teams to determine solutions for product defects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to formulate new product development plans and improvement/maintenance plans for existing products; supervise the R&D process, ensure the full realization of requirements, and control project tracking.
- Design and execute project effectiveness evaluations, track product operations, and propose further improvement directions based on evaluations.
- Formulate marketing or operational strategies for products and promote product awareness.
- Provide training and guidance to relevant personnel, assist marketing operations in pre-sales/implementation support.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field; basic English reading and writing skills.
- Preferred: 3 years or more of software product management experience; experience in the internet industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, planning, organization, coordination, and logical analysis skills; strong document writing skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle work pressure, and good professional ethics and dedication.
- Good team leadership skills, customer awareness, service awareness, and team spirit.
